Staff and teacher turnover:
- From the board down: We have taken the approach that the board sets the direction (from the advice of the administration), the administration provides the framework and expectations for the vision, and the staff implements that vision.
- We try to create a place where people want to be. Our teacher turnover has been very minimal. For the past 9 years our, teacher turnover rate has been approximately 5%. We believe that our success rests in our people and the consistency from year to year.
