Staff consistently feel supported by the administration to grow professionally. 
Teacher survey results, from the most recent survey,  suggest that staff members are dissatisfied with their professional learning as every construct in the category dropped with many dropping significantly.
The data and our observations show a culture where students and staff want to be in school, support each other, and the established practice is making a positive impact on students and staff.Focus group teachers also expressed some fatigue with rapid shifts between PD initiatives.
The district offers a collaborative, teacher-centered culture—continuously seeking ways to recruit and retain staff.
