Overall, teachers feel supported by the district when seeking professional development opportunities through BOCES and beyond. 
Opportunities for professional learning are in place, but there is not a formal system to monitor or track if teachers are continuing their education. An intentional focus on professional development aligned to the goals and priorities of the district would put a focus on district wide systems. 
High degree of staff buy-in and ownership of their own learning. Teachers hold one another accountable and are willing to participate in various Professional Development opportunities. Continue to develop and implement a Professional Learning Community model district-wide in a routine manner that can be documented and evaluated for continuous staff effectiveness. 
Students are able to communicate learning expectations and relevancy of content which speaks to instructional practice, planning, and teacher knowledge.
